Purchase of Own Shares

Croma Security Solutions Group plc ("Croma" or "the Group"), the AIM listed total security provider, announces that it has today purchased 1,013,514 Ordinary Shares at a price of 40 pence per share from its former director, Mark Whettingsteel for a total consideration of £405,405.60 payable in cash. This purchase represents the second and final tranche of a share buy-back that was subject of a conditional contract announced on of 3 November 2017 and subsequently approved by shareholders on 1 December 2017.

The 1,013,514 Ordinary Shares purchased today will be held in treasury.

In accordance with the provisions of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company confirms that following the buy-back detailed above its issued share capital comprises 15,898,656 Ordinary Shares of 5p each of which 1,013,514 are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 14,885,142. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
