Result of General Meeting
The Directors of Croma Group plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held at 10.00 a.m. today, the resolution put before shareholders was duly passed.
Consequently, as of tomorrow morning, the Company will begin trading as Croma Security Solutions Group plc, the Company's TIDM will become "CSSG" and the ISIN of the Company's shares will become GB00B5MJV178. In addition, every 50 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence in the capital of the Company will be consolidated into one ordinary share of 5 pence. Fractional entitlements arising as a result of this consolidation will be aggregated and sold in the market, with the proceeds being retained by the Company for its benefit.
