Director/PDMR shareholding

Consort Medical plc announces that the undermentioned directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities, ('PDMRs'), have received shares under the terms of the Consort Medical plc Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP').
The shares vested on 2 August 2013 for nil consideration pursuant to an Award made on 2 August 2010 and were exercised by the individuals on 2 September within the 40 day period allowed for the exercise of options and following the Annual General Meeting and release of the Interim Management Statement.
The exercise of the options was satisfied out of the ordinary shares held in the Consort Medical plc Employee Share Ownership Trust.
The disposals referred to below were made on 3 September 2013 at £8.33 per share.
