Acquisition of shares by ExcellerateHRO Share Plan Services (Guernsey) Limited as trustee of the Bespak PLC Employee Share Ownership Trust.
Consort Medical plc announces that ExcellerateHRO Share Plan Services (Guernsey) Limited ("Trustee"), as trustee of the Bespak PLC Employee Share Ownership Trust ("the Trust"), on 6 April 2010 purchased 68,893 ordinary 10p shares at a price of 360 pence per share.
The Trust is a discretionary employee benefit trust and may benefit employees of Consort Medical plc including executive directors and its subsidiaries at the discretion of the Trustee.
Following this purchase, the interest of the Trust in the share capital of the company is 70,670 ordinary shares, (on which dividends are waived), representing approximately 0.24% of the ordinary shares in issue.
