On 1 August 2011 pursuant to the rules of the Consort Medical plc Deferred Bonus Plan the following Directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of Consort Medical plc (the "Company"), were granted awards over ordinary shares at a share price of £5.615 ("Shares") in the Company in respect of the financial year 2010/11 as detailed against their name below:
