In accordance with Rule 9.6.14 of the UK Listing Rules, Consort Medical plc ('the Company') gives notice that Ms Charlotta Ginman, a non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed a non-executive Director of Motif Bio plc with effect from 2 April 2015.
