Application for Block Listing
Consort Medical plc (the 'Company') announces that it has today made a block listing application for the admission of 200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the 'Shares') to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on The London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
The Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Consort Medical plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme (2008) and once issued the Shares shall rank equally with the existing issued Shares of the Company.
It is expected that the admission will become effective and dealings in the Shares will commence on 15 October 2010.
