Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 2,707 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").
The new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, are to be issued pursuant to the vesting of 2,707 options over ordinary shares at a share price of 1076 pence each in the Company under the Consort Medical plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2005. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on 24 July 2017.
