Chesnara plc ("Chesnara" or the "Company")

Publication of Prospectus

Further to the announcement earlier today by Chesnara regarding the Acquisition for €160 million (c.£135.6 million) and the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer to raise approximately £70 million, the Company announces that the Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority.

Copies of the Prospectus along with the Form of Proxy and, where applicable, the Application Form, will be posted to Shareholders today. The Prospectus and the Form of Proxy will be made available on Chesnara's website www.chesnara.co.uk and will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
