CIVITAS SOCIAL HOUSING PLC

Analyst Presentation Time Change

As previously announced, Civitas Social Housing PLC (the "Company" or "CSH"), the UK's leading care-based and healthcare REIT, will report results for the six months ended 30 September 2022 on Tuesday 6 December 2022.

However, the live audiocast results presentation for sell-side analysts will now be held at 11.00am on the morning of results.

As announced previously, a Q&A facility will also be available on the morning of results and the presentation will be led by Andrew Dawber, Group Director and Paul Bridge, CEO of Social Housing at Civitas Investment Management Limited, the Company's investment adviser. After the event, a recording will also be published on the Company's website.
