Sweett Group plc (the "Company")

Issue of Equity

Sweett Group (AIM: CSG), the international construction and property consultancy, announces that it has issued and allotted 134,094 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by employees of the Company.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 134,094 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 26 November 2013.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 68,212,304 ordinary shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights will be 68,212,304. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
