Director Shareholding
The Company was notified today that earlier today, Dean Webster, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 30,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 30.5 pence per share to his SIPP. At the same time Mrs. A Webster, wife of Mr. Webster, transferred 60,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 30.5 pence each to a SIPP controlled by Mr. Webster.
As a result of this transaction, Dean Webster's notifiable interest in the Company remains unchanged in 953,626 Ordinary Shares representing 1.63% of the issued share capital of the Company.
