Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 14 July 2010 that on the same day, Chris Goscomb, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 31 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Chris Goscomb's notifiable interest in the Company is 150,723 Ordinary Shares representing 0.23% of the issued share capital of the Company.
