Directorate changes

Sweett Group, the international property and construction consultancy, today announces changes to the composition of its Board of Directors.

Jeff Hewitt has previously indicated to the Board that he planned to stand down as a Non-Executive Director of the Group and Chairman of the Audit Committee. The Board has now accepted Jeff's resignation and is pleased to announce that both positions will be filled by the appointment of David Wilton. These changes are with immediate effect.

David's background is in investment banking and the support services sector. He was formerly a director of Rothschilds and, more recently, Group Finance Director of WYG plc, the international multi-disciplinary consultancy.

Commenting on the changes to the Board, Michael Henderson, Chairman of Sweett Group, said "David's background and business expertise will be invaluable to Sweett Group's Board as we continue to develop our business strategy and grow our brand. I would also like to thank Jeff for his work during his time as a Non-Executive Director."

Commenting on his appointment, David Wilton said "I am very pleased to be joining the Board of Sweett Group at this exciting time. It is clear that the management team has worked hard to implement the Company's growth strategy, which looks set to continue in the future."
