Directorate Changes

Cyril Sweett, the international construction and property consultancy, announces that Francis Ives, non-executive Chairman, has informed the Board of his intention to retire after 40 years at the Company, 19 as Senior Partner / Chairman, at the AGM in September. The search for a replacement non-executive Chairman will commence in the weeks ahead.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Eamonn Kerr as Director of International Operations with immediate effect. Eamonn, who is presently based in Dubai, has worked within the Cyril Sweett Group for almost nine years, having been responsible for UK operations in the Central region prior to assuming responsibility for the development and management of the Group's International businesses in 2008. He holds an MSc in Construction Project Management and prior to joining Cyril Sweett spent a large amount of time on overseas project work.
