Cyril Sweett Group PLC21 November 2007 21 November 2007 Cyril Sweett Group plc ("Cyril Sweett" or "the Group") Appointment of Non-Executive Director Cyril Sweett, the leading international construction and property consultancy ispleased to announce that it has appointed Nick Woollacott to the Board as aNon-Executive Director with immediate effect. Nick, 60, is an experienced director of both listed and unlisted companies andduring his career has developed, acquired and disposed of assets totallingbillions of dollars as well as running an operational workforce of over 15000people. He has been on the board of companies in the UK, USA, continentalEurope, Africa and South America and has developed businesses in the Middle andFar East as well as living and working in Australia. As a Group ManagingDirector of Lattice plc he was previously a FTSE 100 main board director and asthe former Senior Independent Director and acting Chairman of Enterprise plc,and now a Director of Goldshield plc, he also has extensive experience ofworking with AIM and smaller companies. Following a degree in Physics, Nick's career has ranged from oil trading withShell through leading the first comprehensive assessment of renewable energy inBritain to developing, financing and running major power and gas infrastructureprojects both in the UK and overseas. At Enterprise plc he had a major role in the company's successful move in 2004from AIM to the main market, establishing the new board level governancearrangements and later he oversaw the process by which a private equity backedmanagement team bought the company, significantly enhancing shareholder returnsby his approach. He is now on the board of Goldshield plc, a pharmaceuticalcompany, where he chairs the Audit Committee.
