Directorate Change

The Board of Sweett Group (AIM: CSG.L), the construction and property consultancy, announces that Patrick Sinclair, Chief Financial Officer, has notified the Board of his intention to leave the Company, and will step down from the Board and as a Director of the Company, in due course. Patrick has agreed to remain with the Company until an orderly handover has been completed.

The Board is commencing the search for a replacement Chief Financial Officer.

He has actively participated in the successful delivery of a number of strategic objectives for the Group, and has been instrumental in managing the financial performance of the business.
