DIRECTOR DEALING
The Company announces that it was notified on 9 April 2013 that on 4 April 2013 each of the directors of the Company purchased ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 25 pence per share. The number of shares purchased by each director and their resultant interests in the Company are as follows:
