Appointment of Advisor
Further to its announcement on 27 March 2013, CSF announces that it has appointed Nutbrook Engineering Group ("Nutbrook") to assist the Company in its strategic review. Nutbrook is principally engaged in the business of providing engineering advisory and critical environment solutions, and is experienced in conducting on-site due diligence and compliance auditing of data centres.
Nutbrook will report directly to Phil Cartmell, senior non-executive director of the Company, who is leading the review process.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
