CROWN PLACE VCTΒ PLC
SHARE PURCHASE, VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
Crown Place VCTΒ PLCΒ announces that it has, today, purchasedΒ 56,650Β Ordinary shares at a price ofΒ 23Β pence per share. This represents 0.08%Β of the total number of voting rights in the Company before the transaction. These shares will be cancelled.
Following this transaction, and, in conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following;
Crown Place VCT PLC's capital today consists ofΒ 79,617,090Β Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each. Crown Place VCT PLC holdsΒ 7,260,410Β shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Crown Place VCT PLC isΒ 72,356,680.
The figure of 72,356,680Β may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Crown Place VCT PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
