AGM Statement

2 November 2010 - Craneware (AIM: CRW.L; OTC: CRWRY), the market leader in automated revenue integrity solutions for the U.S. healthcare market, will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 10am today at the Company's headquarters in Livingston, Scotland. At the meeting Keith Neilson, CEO of the Company, will make the following statement:
