DLC Holdings Update

Further to the announcements made by the Company on 23 August 2017 and 20 March 2018, Craven House is pleased to announce that it has received regulatory approval by the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") for the transfer of its shareholdings in Ceniako Ltd ("Ceniako") and Craven House Industries Ltd ("CHI") to listed DLC Holdings Corp (TSXV: DLC).

In consideration for the transfer, the Company has received 57,461,906 shares in DLC, representing a 68% shareholding in DLC post-transaction.
