Board changes

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Joseph Pajak, 32, as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Mark replaces John Frankland, who resigned on 13 December 2010.

Mark is both a director and shareholder of Desmond Holdings Limited, which has recently become a substantial shareholder in the Company and continues to provide a working capital facility to the Company on an ongoing basis.

Mark Pajak has spent most of his professional career in property development and has extensive experience at both the corporate and operational level - most recently as a Regional Sales and Marketing Director of the Taylor Wimpey group where he was one of the youngest directors to be appointed in its 130 year history.

Prior to this, Mark spent a number of years in Investor Relations for George Wimpey Plc in a wide ranging capacity which included involvement in M&A activity for the group in the UK and North America; bank and private debt finance; overhaul of the pension scheme; and shareholder and analyst relations.

Mark studied at Oxford University where he obtained both a BA and an MBA.

By virtue of his interest in the issued share capital of Desmond Holdings Limited, Mr Pajak is interested in 58,480,300 shares, representing 29.99% of the issued share capital of the Company.
