BUILDING SAFETY CONTRACT

Following the Group's announcement on 19 April 2022 that it had signed the Building Safety Pledge, Crest Nicholson today announces it has signed the Government's Developer Remediation Contract.

As the focus on fire and building safety has intensified in recent years, the Group has worked proactively with all stakeholders to identify and remediate those buildings which may be at risk within what has been a rapidly changing regulatory environment.

Today's announcement reflects a continuation of this commitment and we look forward to providing an update on the progress we are making remediating legacy buildings at our half year results on 8 June 2023.
