Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that on 21 December 2023, Patrick Willink (Chief Innovation Officer) purchased 3,626 Ordinary Shares of 25p each ("Shares") in the Company. The Shares were purchased from a family trust of which Patrick Willink is a trustee.
As a result of the transaction, Patrick Willink's beneficial interest in the Company has increased by 3,626 Shares, and his non-beneficial interest has decreased by 3,626 shares. Patrick Willink's interests in the Company are currently as follows:

Patrick Willink and members of the Cropper, Willink and Acland families are deemed to act in concert and are regarded by the Takeover Panel as being members of a concert party as detailed in the Company's circular to shareholders dated 30 June 2015 (the "Concert Party"). The Concert Party has a collective interest in 3,598,609 Ordinary Shares representing 37.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
