Creightons PLC ("Creightons" or the "Company")
Director/PDMR Option Exercise and Total Voting Rights
Creightons plc (LSE: CRL), manufacturers of personal care, beauty, and fragrance products announces that Mr William Glencross, Director, has exercised options issued under the Company's share option scheme (the "Option Scheme") over 18,500 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at 26.80 pence per share, and that Mr Glencross's beneficial holding in the Company after this transaction will be 86,000 ordinary 1p shares (0.13% of the expanded share capital detailed below).
The Company also announces that Mr Nicholas O'Shea, Director, has exercised options issued under the Company's share option scheme (the "Option Scheme") over 15,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at 26.80 pence per share, and that Mr O'Shea's beneficial holding in the Company after this transaction will be 115,000 ordinary 1p shares (0.17% of the expanded share capital detailed below).
As a result of these issues, the total number of ordinary 1p shares in issue now stands at 68,394,894 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 68,394,894.
The above figure of 68,394,894 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Following these share issues the Company has the ability to issue a further 6,864,849 ordinary 1p shares under its block listing facility.
