Director's Dealings
Creightons was informed today that Nicholas O'Shea, Director, has transferred 31,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each he held in his own name into his ISA (the "Transfer").
The Transfer was effected in two stages. First, 31,000 ordinary shares were sold at a price of 32.5 pence per share for a total consideration of £10,075. Second, these 31,000 ordinary shares were bought back at 32.6 pence per share for a total consideration of £10,106.
Accordingly, Mr O'Shea's beneficial holding has not changed as a result of the Transfer and so Mr O'Shea remains interested in 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.165% of the Company's issued share capital. The notification in Appendix I below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
