Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that Ms Pippa Clark, Director, has disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 29.5 pence per share.
Further to this disposal, Ms Clark's holding is now as described below:

Since January 2009 Ms Clark has been awarded a total of 1,501,818 ordinary shares or options over ordinary shares in the Company as part of Creighton's policy of including share- and option-based performance-related features in remuneration packages, thereby rewarding directors and managers for the Company's success.
