Creightons plc (LSE: CRL),Ā manufacturers of personal care, beauty, and fragrance announces that on 29 August 2023, director Bernard Johnson transferred 162,156 ordinary 1p shares from his personal account at an average price of 28.48p per share into his personal pension at an average price of 28.50p per share.
After this transaction, Mr Johnson's notifiable holding including related parties, remains 5,305,844 ordinary shares of 1p, representing 7.75% of the Company's Total Voting Rights.
