Director/PDMR Option Exercise and Share Dealing
and Total Voting Rights
Creightons plc (LSE: CRL), manufacturers of personal care, beauty, and fragrance products announces that Ms Pippa Clark, Director, has exercised options over 100,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at 26.80 pence per share, and has then subsequently disposed of these share on the market at £1.09p per ordinary 1p share. Ms Clark's beneficial holding in the Company after these transactions therefore remain 851,858 ordinary 1p shares (1.23% of the expanded share capital detailed below).
The Company has also issued a further 161,600 ordinary 1p shares to other employees who have exercised options issued under the Company's share option scheme. As a result of these issues, the total number of ordinary 1p shares in issue now stands at 69,218,698 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 69,218,698.
The above figure of 69,218,698 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Following these share issues the Company has the ability to issue a further 6,040,545 ordinary 1p shares under its block listing facility.
