Creightons plc announces that Bernard Johnson, a director of the Company, has advised it that he transferred 100,000Â Ordinary Shares of 1p in the Company from his personal holding into his SSIP at 47.80p per share on 7 February 2020.
The total combined beneficial holdings by Mr & Mrs Johnson personally and by Mr Johnson's SIPP therefore remains 5,087,844 ordinary 1p shares, 7.86% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
