Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC28 August 2007 28 August 2007 CRESCENT HYDROPOLIS RESORTS PLC Middle East Projects Update Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC (the "Company") announces that it continues towork with Shaikh Fawaz Al Khalifa to secure land rights and project rights inMiddle East countries, including the United Arab Emirates, but remains innegotiation with Shaikh Fawaz over the terms of any continuation of existingcontractual obligations under the Memorandum of Understanding which was firstannounced to shareholders on 27 February 2007. The Company continues to pursueland acquisition rights and project rights specifically in the United ArabEmirates.
