Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC18 December 2007 CRESCENT HYDROPOLIS RESORTS PLC Result of AGM and Resignation of Directors 18th December 2007 Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC ("the Company" or "Hydropolis") announces thatat the Annual General Meeting of the Company which was held on the 12th December2007, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed. On the passing of these resolutions, Mr Alfred Wuttke and Mr Larry Woolf haveresigned as directors of the Company with immediate effect. The board ofdirectors of the Company wishes to thank Mr. Wuttke and Mr Woolf for their pastservice to Hydropolis.
