Conduit Holdings today announces the vesting of the first tranche of the deferred share award granted in respect of the 2021 annual bonus award made to Elaine Whelan, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in CHL ("PDMR"). As a result of the vesting of this tranche, Elaine Whelan acquired 37,119 common shares. Elaine's total current shareholding ownership interest now stands at 190,172 common shares.
