Annual Report and Accounts 2016 and Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016, Notice of Annual General Meeting and a form of proxy have today been circulated to shareholders.
A condensed set of the Company's financial statements and information on important events that have occurred during the financial year and their impact on the financial statements were included in the Company's preliminary announcement released on 8 June 2016. That information constitutes the material required under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

The Company has today submitted a copy of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism and these will be available shortly at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
