CFO Appointment

Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics, announces that the current Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), Mr Robert Lojszczyk, has notified the Board of his retirement. Mr Lojszczyk will step down from the Board on 30 April 2023.

Cordel is pleased to further announce the appointment of Ms Thouraya Walker as Chief Financial Officer. Ms Walker will take up her new position as Chief Financial Officer on 1 April 2023, to allow a handover period with the retiring CFO, and will be appointed to the Board on or around 30 April 2023.

Ms Walker, who will be based in the UK, brings considerable expertise to the Company, with over 20 years of financial experience. Thouraya's background includes roles at Mazars LLP, Standard Chartered Bank and Oliver Wyman Limited. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of York.

Ian Buddery, Chairman of the Board, said:
