The SIP trustee (Capita IRG Trustees Limited) acquired 4,905 ordinary shares by purchase in the market on 10 June 2010 at a total cost of £50,803.03 and allocated them to employees participating in the SIP as partnership shares.

The SIP trustee (Capita IRG Trustees Limited) also acquired 4,905 ordinary shares by purchase in the market on 10 June 2010 at a total cost of £50,803.03 and allocated them to employees participating in the SIP as matching shares.

The following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities purchased the number of ordinary shares of 10p set out against their names below, at a price of 1027p per ordinary share, and were allocated for no consideration the number of matching shares set out against their names below.

In addition, some of the persons named in the table below opted to reinvest their dividend payment in the SIP. The SIP trustee (Capita IRG Trustees Limited) therefore also acquired 95 ordinary shares by purchase in the market at a price of 1027p per ordinary share on 10 June 2010 at a total cost of £983.95 on their behalf :
