In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company announces the following:
As at the date of this announcement the issued share capital of the Company consists of 291,621,614 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
The above figure of 291,621,614 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
