Dividend Declaration - Confirmation of Date

Following the Company's results announcement of 10 August 2017, which detailed that the Board has proposed an increase to the final dividend to 2.6p per share, representing an 8.3% increase over the preceding six months and bringing the annual dividend to 5p, Circle Property Plc announces today that, subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM on 21 September 2017, this dividend will be paid on 27 September 2017 to shareholders on the register on 1 September 2017.
