COPPER RESOURCES CORPORATION Board Changes
The Board of Copper Resources Corporation (AIM: CRC.L) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that on 20th February 2008, the Company appointed Mr Charles Needham and Mr Simon Malone to the Board of Directors.
Mr Needham, Mr Malone and Mr Forrest are both directors of Metorex Limited, a listed mining company which holds a beneficial interest of 45.6% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
Save as disclosed below, there is nothing further to disclose in relation to the appointment of Mr Needham or Mr Malone under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:
