Felix Group PLC26 March 2007 26 March 2007 Felix Group plc Announces IAD Operational and Distributor Agreements with OmniCash Ltd Felix Group plc ("Felix"), the company behind the MAX BOX multi-function digitalretail ATM machine today announces 2 separate agreements, both with OmniCashLtd, an Independent ATM deployer and LINK member ("OmniCash"). The first agreement relates to an operational Service Level Agreement ("SLA")and will see OmniCash servicing and maintaining the NanoCash ATM's that Felixhave bought from them. OmniCash are the UK's exclusive distributor of thisKorean manufactured ATM machine. In addition to the obvious operational benefitsthis SLA brings to bear, the restructured commercials produce a positivefinancial effect by reducing Felix's overall weekly 'break-even' amount of theMAX BOX by about 7.5%. An important contribution as Felix continues to worktowards its 'break-even' target. This agreement also makes provision under separate commercial terms for OmniCashowned NanoCash machines which both OmniCash and Felix agree to house withinfuture MAX BOX editions. The second agreement sees Felix appointing OmniCash as an exclusive distributorof the NanoCash machine within its MAX BOX machine within the pub sector andsmall convenience store sector. OmniCash and Felix will work together to findnew sites within these two sectors (and others on a non-exclusive basis) todeploy the NanoCash ATM MAX BOX. Whilst Felix still plan on the same rate ofmachine deployment, it anticipates an increase in the number of pub and smallconvenience store sector opportunities; sectors OmniCash currently specialisein.
