Grant of share options
CAP-XX Limited (AIM: CPX), a global leader in prismatic, high-power supercapacitors, announces that, following Mr Stegmann's appointment as the Chief Executive Officer, he has been granted a total of 20,000,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares (the "Options"). The Options have been granted pursuant to the CAP-XX Limited Share Option Plan at an exercise price of 1.31p per share. The Options have a life of five years, with 25% of the Options vesting six months after the anniversary of the grant date, with the remainder vesting in equal quarterly amounts from this date. Following today's grant, the Company will have a total of 55,790,000 share options outstanding.
