Re: Final Dividend

Further to its announcement of preliminary results for the 52 weeks ended 1 May 2010 earlier today, Carpetright has proposed a final dividend of 8.0 pence per share (2009: 4.0 pence).

The final dividend will be paid on 24 September 2010 to shareholders who are on the register of members on 10 September 2010.
