DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company has been advised that on 14 April 2009 1,414 shares were allocated at £5.50 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which total included 22 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse and 23 shares each for Mr M Harris and Mr N Page.

Also included in the allocation were 23 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares allocated to Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:

AESOP shares were also purchased for Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, as follows:
