TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1(R), the Company would like to notify the market of the following.

As at 30 June 2015 the Company's capital consisted of 846,898,328 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. All of these shares carry voting rights of one vote per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
