End of Stabilisation notice: CPPGroup Plc

In connection with the Global Offer in relation to the following Ordinary Shares:

Subsequent to the earlier stabilisation notice published on 19 March 2010 in connection with the Global Offer of 63,829,786 Ordinary Shares of 10p each of CPPGroup Plc, UBS Limited as stabilisation manager hereby announces that the stabilisation period has now ended.

UBS Limited, as stabilisation manager, confirms that no stabilisation (within the meaning of the rules of the Financial Services Authority) was undertaken by it in relation to the Global Offer.
