This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) and 3.1.4R(1)(c).
On 4 March 2011, the persons listed in the table below, each being an executive director of the Company, were granted awards (structured as nil cost options) under the CPPGroup Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and the CPPGroup Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP") entitling him to acquire ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at nil cost, as summarised below.
