CPPGROUP PLC - Director/PDMR Shareholding
OPTIONS GRANTED UNDER SAVE AS YOU EARN SCHEME AND NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR CONNECTED PERSONS
CPPGroup Plc ('the company') has today granted options over a total of 826,188 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the company at an option price of 198 pence per share, under the company's 2010 Save As You Earn share option scheme ('SAYE scheme'). The earliest exercisable date for these share options is 1 November 2013.
The options referred to above include options granted to directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs'). In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4 (R) (1) (a), notification of the options granted to directors and PDMR's under the Save As You Earn option scheme are detailed below:
