The Company has been advised that a person closely connected with Non-executive Director Simon Thompson has purchased a total of 25,000 ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"). Following the purchase, Simon Thompson has a total beneficial interest in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.28% of the issued share capital of the Company.
