APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

CPPGroup Plc (CPP or the Group), the International Assistance business, is pleased to announce its intention to appoint its Chief People Officer, Justine Shaw, as an executive director, subject to regulatory approval.

Chairman, Sir Richard Lapthorne, commented "I am delighted to welcome Justine on to the Board as People & Culture Director. She is an experienced HR Professional, with a number of years' experience in the financial services industry.
